TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

The terms and conditions mentioned below applies to orders placed in the online shop for private customers. (Not business customers)

Payment 

East Copenhagen Jewellery accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort and foreign cards. 
Payment will only be withdrawn from your account, when the order has been dispatched. 
 

Shipment 

Free delivery on all orders on and above 499 DKK.
GLS business delivery: 50.00 DKK (Delivery to your work address) 
GLS postbox: 50.00 DKK
GLS within EU: 150.00 DKK 
GLS outside EU: 170.00 DKK 

Delivery 
Your parcel will be delivered to the chosen address by GLS. 
All orders are dispatched between 2-3 working days. European orders within 4 working days and all other countries within 6 working days. 
Orders are subject to products that are sold out.  
If the product is not in stock the delivery time may stretch to 3-4 weeks. Time of delivery can be found on the individual product detail page. 
Longer delivery times may be expected during public holidays. Should a delivery issue arise from the appointed freight company, East Copenhagen Jewelery can not be held liable.

Return and cancellation policy 
Products may be returned and exchanged within 14 days from receipt of the parcel. If you regret your purchase, you must inform us on customerservice@east-copenhagen.com no later than 14 days after receipt of your parcel.

The jewellery must always be returned in original packaging and be in the same condition as upon receipt. 

Remember to complete and return the return slip that you received with your order.

If you make use of the cancellation right, you will receive the refund within 10-14 business days from the day we receive your package. The amount will be credited to your account. 

Exchange to another size or a different material 
Should you wish to exchange to a different size or material (not a different style), please fill in the return slip provided with exact information of the size or material you wish to have instead. 

Exchange to a different style 

Should you wish to exchange to a different style you just have to return the jewellery following our return policy and order the new jewellery from our webshop.

Please note we do not accept return packages sent per. COD (cash on delivery).
We only accept a return on the products purchased in our own online shop. If the jewelry has been purchased elsewhere, please contact this supplier for exchange, return and complaint details.

Order cancellation
It is possible to cancel your order if the order is in process. Orders received and processed in our warehouse can not be cancelled. We are sorry for the inconvenience and ask you kindly to contact our customer service department on +45 5056 0118 should you wish to cancel a processed order. 

Complaints 
You have the right to complain about a product that has a defect when delivered. Therefore, please be careful to check your products upon receipt. There is a 2-year warranty comprising fabrication and material defects.
If you want to make a claim, please contact us by phone or email.
The product must be returned carefully wrapped and packed.
The complaint will be assessed individually and must not be due to the wrong use of the jewellery.

The first time you receive an order confirmation from East Copenhagen Jewellery it may appear in your spam folder. (This may occur if your mail provider does not recognize the sender) 

Secure payment 
The system encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized people can not read your card number or any other information during the transaction with PBS.

Sold out products
We reserve the right for sold out products and typing errors on the shop. In such a case, we also reserve the right to cancel the order. Should this concern your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.
