East Copenhagen Jewelery offers a two-year guarantee for the jewellery, but note the difference between production defects, breakage or wear.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects, e.g. discolouration of surface,  loose stones or pearls.

Breakage of jewellery, if breakage is due to incorrect handling of the jewellery, this is not covered by the guarantee.

Wear and tear that is solely due to use over a long period of time is not covered by the warranty, for example surface scratches, changes in the color of the gold coating or wear on the surface.

Repair of East Copenhagen Jewelery jewelery must be carried out by East Copenhagen Jewellery, other repairs will void the warranty.

Claims

Please contact us by email: customerservice@east-copenhagen.com, attach your invoice and description of the complaint with as much information as possible, remember to state your name, address and telephone number, then we will contact you within 14 days.

If we need to have the jewelery sent to us, you will receive a link to our Return Portal, where you can create a shipping label, after which the package simply needs to be delivered to the nearest GLS parcel shop.

Once the item has been received and inspected, we return with either approval or rejection of the complaint. If the complaint is approved, we will repair the piece of jewelry, usually within 30 days.
