About us

East Copenhagen Jewelery is a meeting between East and West.

Owner and designer Phuong Rohwer was born and raised in Saigon, the largest city in Vietnam. She now lives and works in Copenhagen, where for ten years she has been production and logistics manager for two fine jewelery companies. In 2016, she started the jewelery brand East Copenhagen Jewellery. It is jewelery in her own elegant and timeless design, inspired by motifs and traditions from the East translated into a simple, Nordic idiom. The jewelery is characterized by fine details and high, artisanal quality.

In his collections, Phuong draws on impressions from travels around the East; both the unique cultures and the diverse nature. It has become collections such as Sapa, Hoi An, Chopstick, Rice, Palm, Sensu and several others.

Sustainability is a core value for Phuong Rohwer. All the jewelery is made from 100% recycled sterling silver and conflict-free, ethically sourced gemstones such as cubic zirconia. You can read more about sustainability here.
